This is a 2–4 hour, in-home service, offered within the first weeks after birth. Karla will create a nurturing container of care for you and your baby, designed to honor your body, calm your mind, and restore balance. Each session may include: Bengkung Belly Binding to support core healing and grounding Womb healing massage and Mayan Abdominal Therapy Somatic rebozo wrapping for nervous system regulation and deep rest Rebozo massage to release tension and support postpartum recovery Herbal teas, yoni steam, or herbal baths for physical and emotional renewal
